Kylie Patrick
Training Director
Avisure

Kylie Patrick is Avisure’s Training Director and the lead developer and content creator for the pilot wildlife hazard management training course. With over 20 years’ global experience, she specialises in designing and delivering practical, evidence-based training and wildlife strike management programs for aviation personnel. Kylie has served on the Executive Committee of the Australian Aviation Wildlife Hazard Group (AAWHG) and was an inaugural inductee into its Hall of Fame, reflecting her significant contribution to advancing wildlife hazard management in aviation.

Phil Shaw
Founder & Director
Avisure
Phil Shaw is the Founder and Director of Avisure and an internationally recognized leader in aviation wildlife hazard management, with more than 30 years’ experience across the aviation and environmental sectors. He serves on the ICAO Wildlife Management Expert Group and has delivered wildlife hazard mitigation projects at over 100 airports worldwide. Phil’s global experience and industry leadership underpin the development of practical, evidence-based wildlife hazard management training for aviation professionals.
Dr Jeff McKee
Research & Development Director
Avisure
Jeff McKee is an aviation wildlife hazard specialist, researcher, trainer, and qualified pilot, combining operational flight experience with deep scientific expertise in wildlife strike risk management. He has published and presented extensively on wildlife behaviour, strike risk modelling, and mitigation strategies, and brings a strong operational perspective to training that helps pilots recognize, assess, and manage wildlife hazards effectively.
Capt. Brian Greeves
Founding Director 
Aviation Solutions
Captain Brian Greeves is an experienced airline and military pilot and the founder of Aviation Solutions, with more than four decades of aviation safety and operational expertise. His background spans flight operations, safety systems, human factors, and airport standards, and he has contributed to numerous international aviation safety and regulatory initiatives. Brian’s operational insight ensures the course is closely aligned with real-world pilot decision-making and best-practice management of aviation hazards, including wildlife strike risk.
